When will my order be processed and dispatched?
- Orders placed on weekends / public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
- We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding New Zealand public holidays.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email (or notification) containing a tracking number (if applicable).
How long will delivery take, and which carriers do you use?
- We use trusted carriers such as NZ Post (or others as applicable) for delivery within New Zealand.
- Please note: delivery times are estimates. Delays can happen because of carrier issues, customs, weather, or other unforeseen events.
How much does shipping cost?
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the method selected.
- Standard shipping for NZ customers is NZD $14
- Rural or remote addresses may incur an additional fee of $6

- For cash on delivery pickup orders, items must be collected within 24 hours. If not picked up, the order will be cancelled.
What happens if I enter the wrong address?
- You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.
- If your parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may charge a re-shipping fee before sending it again.
- If you’re not home, carriers may leave the package at your door (if safe) or leave a card for collection/redelivery.
How do you package my order?
- We package all items securely to avoid damage during transit.
Fragile or collectible cards are shipped with protective sleeves, rigid mailers, or bubble wrap where needed. - Minor cosmetic wear to packaging caused in transit is not considered a fault unless it significantly affects the product itself.
What if my order is lost, damaged, or incorrect?
- If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details.
- We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery (e.g. improper storage or handling).
Can I return or exchange items?

For faulty/damaged items, we may provide a prepaid return label. - For change-of-mind returns, you will generally be responsible for return shipping (unless stated otherwise)
Will this Shipping Policy ever change?
- Yes, we may update this policy at any time.
- The version posted on our website with the “Last updated” date is the one in effect.
- By placing an order after updates are made, you agree to the revised terms.
